The agenda includes possible approval of funding phase 2 of the Effluent Pond Lining project, a utility rate study, Mountain Course golf cart path improvements, additional security cameras, media buying services and legal services to review and provide recommendations on District policies related to Dillion’s Rule and property rights related to the Beach Deed. The agenda also contains the review and feedback on the District’s strategic plan, the Audit Committee Charter, Policy 16.1 Recreation Roll Policy and potential Board training.
