Washoe County Commissioners Meeting

- Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. in Reno. The agenda includes potentially approving the award of $250,000 of ARPA Funds to IVGID for the skate park expansion and $50,000 to the Incline Village Education Fund for engineering equipment, the reappointment of Commissioner Hill to 13 agency Boards including but not limited to TTD, RTC, TRPA, Tahoe Prosperity Center, and more.
Agenda Item 11:
Recommendation to approve allocations of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds through the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) for the following projects:
11 A. Recommendation, in accordance with NRS 244.1505, to approve allocations of
ARPA-SLFRF in the amount of $250,000 to (#41) Incline Village General Improvement
District to support skate park enhancements, approve Resolution 22-118, and authorize
the County Manager to sign necessary award documents.
11B. Incline Village Education Fund – Project Lead the Way – Project (#48) in the amount of $50,000 and approve Resolution 22-125. Funding supports Project Lead the Way Engineering equipment at Incline High School.
