At their meeting, the Board heard from NLTFPD Chief Sommers regarding the Crystal Bay pumping station. Chief Sommers stated the pumping station would be nice to have up and running, it isn’t a requirement for the NLTFPD.

The board approved with a 3-2 vote (Trustees Callicrate, Tonking and Wong in favor) to approve the not to exceed contract value of $308,250 with EXL Media for marking of Diamond Peak, the golf courses and facilities.
A new agreement with the Diamond Peak Ski Education Foundation was unanimously approved using the newly created District Pricing Policy.
The board approved the settlement agreement with the plaintiff in the Mark E. Smith v IVGID, Case No. CV18-01564.
