Cannabis Lounges – Moving Forward by Washoe County

Today, October 11th, the Washoe County Commissioners, in a 3-2 vote in favor by Commissioners Hill, Jung, and Lucey, approved initiating amendments to County Code regarding cannabis lounges in unincorporated Washoe County including Incline Village/Crystal Bay. Commissioners Jung and Lucey will be completing their term as Commissioners as of 12/31/2022.

On the Citizen Advisory Board (CAB) meeting scheduled for November 7th at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom, there will be an opportunity for community input. Our calendar is maintained and may be used to locate the agenda with information on how to provide public comment. If you are unable to attend, you may email your comments to the Washoe County Commissioners at commissioners@washoecounty.gov.
