Attached here is their Neighborhood Compatibility Work Program document. Their goal is to bring forth recommendations to the Governing Board by the end of 2019. Here is a link to their webpage. The Mountain Housing Council of Truckee formulated a 51-page white paper titled Short-Term Rentals in North Tahoe-Truckee, which reports on the most current data and delivers the most thorough analysis of the issue the region has seen to date. Please review the documents contained in this newsletter and attend this upcoming meeting to have your thoughts for solutions shared with the Working Group.
