Suggested Additions to Proposed STR Ordinance For Incline Village/Crystal Bay Only:
It was anticipated that the STR ordinance would be before the County Commissioners on Tuesday December 8th. It is being postponed again, and may instead be sent back to the Washoe County Planning Commission due to the significant changes brought forth by Commissioner Berkbigler. To review the revisions Commissioner Berkbigler has requested, which we have previously published, click here.
