This is a re-post from last year. Since then, Washoe County has commented as follows:
We understand that there have been issues with the services at the post office, while the USPS is not a function of Washoe County, our federal lobbyist has provided the best contact for Incline Village residents in regards to issues and concerns you may have at the Incline Post Office. Below is the State of Nevada USPS contact and their suggestion is to email Mr. Romero with your concerns so he is aware.

Below is the original post:
We have several longstanding and increasingly serious problems with the US Postal Service (USPS) in Incline Village. With the influx of new residents taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, the lack of PO Box availability has reached a critical point.
Below is language from a letter submitted by a local resident on behalf of our community. If you too have similar concerns, please take a moment to complete the attached form to submit your formal request to Senator Cortez Masto and the attached form to submit your formal request to Senator Rosen and the attached form to submit to Congressman Amodei. We have been informed this is the process to convey a complaint regarding a Federal Agency.

First, most residential addresses in Incline Village do not have home delivery. Residents rely on PO boxes at the Incline Village Post Office, or revert to two private businesses that provide private mailbox rental. However, the USPS lacks a sufficient number of PO Boxes at the Incline Village location, and the private businesses lack space. Furthermore, USPS has refused to increase the number of “cluster boxes” scattered around some residential area, and will not expand home delivery. New families are moving into Incline Village and cannot figure out how to receive mail.
Second, the Incline Village Post Office is insufficiently staffed. Frequently we see lines that extend through the exterior lobby with 15-20 people in line waiting for up to 20 – 30 minutes because there is only one person working the service counter.
Third, we urge you to look at the more than 100 internet reviews — on Yelp dating back to 2013 and on Google dating back at least 4 years. No more than 1.4 stars out of 5 on average. Complaints include no PO Boxes, mis-delivered mail, packages frequently returned to sender, long lines, etc.
