IVGID Board of Trustees Meeting

Wed, Jan 11 at 6 pm In-person at the Southwood Administration Building and via Zoom. The agenda with instructions for public comment and the Board Packet Materials will be posted on the District website by Friday, January 6th. The agenda is anticipated to include the election of officers, the beach ingress/egress recommendations, changes to the reporting structure of legal counsel, modifications to Policy 3.1, board expectations of board packet materials, updates to the Trustee Handbook, a report from the Audit Committee on the Annual Financial Report, discussion of the board appointed members of the Capital Improvement/Maintenance committee and more.
