TRPA Governing Board Meeting

May 24, 2023 @ 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Wed May 24 – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at TRPA 128 Market Street, Stateline NV or Via Zoom. The agenda for the Regional Plan Implementation Committee includes:  Discussion for a proposed regional definition and minimum standards for mixed-use development.  This is in response to concerns raised by the Advisory Planning Commission (APC) and Regional Plan Implementation Committee (RPIC) about the lack of specificity in the definition of “mixed-use development” in the proposed amendment to the Washoe County Tahoe Area Plan.  See page 219 of the Board Packet for staff recommendations.

TRPA Operations & Governance Committee at 8:30 am / TRPA Regional Plan Implementation Committee no earlier than 9:15 am / Governing Board no earlier than 10:30 am.
