You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss Waldorf Astoria Lake Tahoe. This is your opportunity to review the proposed project, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal development application.
This project is located at 5 NV-28, Crystal Bay, NV 89402, parcel number(s) 123-071-04; 123-054-01; 123-053-04; 123-053-02; 123-052-04; 123-052-02; 123-052-03; 123-071-35; 123-071-36; 123-291-01. This proposed project is for special use permits to allow the following: Employee Housing, Multiple Family Dwelling, General Merchandise Stores, Vehicle Storage and Parking, and Transmission and Receiving Facilities.
