Agenda Item #9:  Recommendation to provide direction to staff on amendments to Washoe County Code specific to changes to the regulations for short-term rentals (STRs) in unincorporated Washoe County. The Board is asked to provide direction to staff regarding specific STR regulations for the purpose of streamlining STR permitting and enforcement processes in accordance with the Board’s initiation of code amendments at the August 22, 2023, meeting.  Virtual Public Comment Eligible.
