- NEW TRPA AFFORDABLE HOUSING INITIATIVE -Karen Fink, AICP, Housing Program Manager/Housing Ombudsperson, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, will provide an update on TRPA’s Tahoe Living Housing and Community Revitalization Initiative to promote affordable workforce housing, including land use code innovations to encourage affordable, deedrestricted multi-family housing close to transit and centers. (Non-Action Item)
- CONTINUATION OF AGENDA ITEM 6 FROM FEBRUARY 6, 2023 MEETING – Continued discussion on the topic of the IVCB CAB to prepare a presentation to the Washoe County Commissioners. These discussions will take place throughout the next few months during CAB meetings. (Possible Action Item).
