Joint TTD & TTC Meeting – Incline Village Impacts

Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 3 p.m. at 128 Market Street, Stateline, Nevada a joint meeting of the Tahoe Transportation District (“TTD”) and the Tahoe Transportation Commission (“TTC”) is scheduled at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency office. The first meeting by TTD and will include reports from five (5) committees, including a report from the Incline Village Mobility Committee from June 27 and the minutes of the April 13 and May 23 meetings; an update from the California Council of Government and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Advisory Planning Commission representative; and a Program Implementation Committee Report for July 6 meeting and Minutes of May 6, 2022. There will also be three (3) reports for possible action on an “Update and Direction on Next Steps as a Result of the Bi-State Consultation on the Transportation Meeting of July 14th, and the July 15th Hearing of the Nevada Legislative Committee for the Review and Oversight of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and the Marlette Lake Water System Related to Transportation”.
The agenda also includes a discussion and possible direction on an approach for transit services integration utilizing TTD’s Short-Range Transit Plan Update and the Committees; and an Informational Update of the US 50/South Shore Community Revitalization Project. TTC will conduct a Public Hearing of the 2023 Federal Transportation Improvement Program. Pages 53- 78 of the Agenda Packet includes a “Report of Nevada Senate Concurrent Resolution 8: Identification of Key Transportation Priorities for the Lake Tahoe Basin”. The Agenda Packet also includes Placer County Transportation related information starting at page 78. Starting at page 89 of the Agenda materials is a TTD Memorandum on the Public Hearing for the Draft 2023 Federal Transportation Program, including a Project List for various areas around Lake Tahoe.
