Neighborhood Meeting – Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe: Tubing Hill

You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss the Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe Tubing Hill. This is your opportunity to review the proposed project, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal development application.
This project is located at 22222 Mt. Rose Highway, on portions of parcel number(s) (048-112-12 & 13). This proposed project is an expansion to the use of an existing destination resort use with review required for grading. The project is proposed to include a tubing hill within up to 15 lanes and a conveyor belt to transport tubers up the hill, a new parking area and a warming hut with concessions. The Tubing Hill will be accessed from an existing driveway, south of the driveway to the existing Mt. Rose Lodge.
