Tahoe Basin Area Plan Economic Sustainability and Housing Amendments – Workshop. NOTE: This is a Placer County event which might also be of interest to residents of Washoe County.
Placer County Staff are presenting information on the Tahoe Basin Area Plan (Area Plan) Economic Sustainability and Housing Amendments and are requesting input and direction from the North Tahoe Regional Advisory Council. The amendments are to address the economic sustainability needs of the Town Centers and housing amendments to further revitalization and redevelopment of the Town Centers, boost economic development and create workforce housing needed to produce a year-round economy.
