TRPA RPIC and Governing Board Meeting

8:30 am: TRPA Regional Plan Implementation Committee; no earlier than 9:45 am: the TRPA Governing Board Meeting; no earlier than 1:30 pm: walking tour of King’s Beach.
RPIC agenda includes: Discussion and Possible Recommendation for approval of the Proposed Amendments to the Code of Ordinances (various chapters), Rules of Procedure (various articles) and Fee Schedule Introduction, Multipliers, Schedules A-J, Mitigation Fees (possible action); and Informational presentation on the proposed amendment to the Washoe County Tahoe Area Plan to add “Schools – Kindergarten through Secondary” as a permissible land use (as aspecial use) within the Wood Creek Regulatory Zone, for those parcels equal to or greater than three acres in size.
