TRPA Performance Review Committee Meeting

PUBLIC HEARING ITEM
The Performance Review Committee will discuss the TRPA staff recommendation for the 2023 and 2024 residential allocation distribution to the City of South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, Placer County, Douglas County, and Washoe County and provide a recommendation to the TRPA Governing Board.

Please see supporting documents for Guidelines be used by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) when evaluating local jurisdiction Short-Term Rental Neighborhood Compatibility Programs during the application of the Performance Review System (TRPA Code, Section 50.5) for the distribution of residential allocations in the Tahoe Region.
