Washoe County Board of Commissioners Meeting

Agenda item #11 is specific to Incline Village and Crystal Bay:  Recommendation to: (1) accept the 2023 Regional Grant Program Agreement from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency in the amount of $1,139,932.00 [required match $60,000.00] for the period retroactive to October 1, 2023 through October 31, 2026; (Commission District 1.) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION.

Staff report adds:  “Washoe County initially supported the Tahoe Transportation District in the grant application, however due to bandwidth the Tahoe Transportation District was no longer able to support the administrative functions of the grant. Washoe County stepped in and worked with TRPA in order to utilize the funding for the purpose intended and will perform the administrative process of the contract.”
