A special meeting will be held on Friday, June 23rd at 5pm at the IVGID Administration Building for the board to “Review, discuss, and possibly authorize the Board of Trustees Chair to work with and execute a separation agreement at the request of General Manager Indra Winquest, while placing him on paid administrative leave pending formal separation.”
