Mobility Hub Meeting TONIGHT

The meeting is tonight at 5:30 pm tonight at the Incline Village Library or on-line.

The map of “Future Proposed  Mobility Hub Areas” omits King’s Beach as a proposed site. In April, 2023, developers in King’s Beach announced the proposed 39 North Lake Tahoe project intended to revamp King’s Beach to include a 153-room hotel with commercial space on the first floor, 36 new townhouses and 74 dedicated workforce housing units. It is unknown why the proposed King’s Beach mobility hub was deleted while the mobility hub in Incline Village remains on the list. 

On the map of “Future Proposed Mobility Hub Areas” a proposed mobility hub site at the OES site is still shown even after being told at the May and June meetings by the committee that “the voices of the residents have been heard.”
