40-Unit Condominium Special Use Permit

Below is the web address for a copy of the Special Use Permit Application for the 40 residential units proposed to be built at 947 Tahoe Blvd.  The application for a Special Use Permit has been on hold to allow the applicant time to package the request for a Special Use Permit with a Tentative Map. The Tentative Map was submitted to the County on December 9, 2021. The County expects a neighborhood meeting (noticed to property owners within 750 feet, and which meeting any interested people can attend)  will be scheduled by the developer some time in January, 2022.  Thereafter a date will be set for a public hearing before the Board of Adjustment on the Special Use Permit and Tentative Map.
