Agenda Items 8A and 8B concern possible action regarding Envision Washoe 2040.  This plan would replace the existing Washoe County Master plan, excluding the Tahoe Area which is covered by the Washoe County Tahoe Area Plan.  However, Item 8B does include updates for Mt. Rose Scenic Highway Commercial Modifiers and Mt. Rose Resort Services Area.
