Boulder Bay – Special Use Permit for Grading and Connector Roadways

Boulder Bay, the project known as The Resort at Tahoe & Residences, will be requesting a Special Use Permit Application for grading before the Board of Adjustment at 1:30 p.m. on February 3, 2022.
The entire application and related documents may be found by clicking on the case number below. Contained within the application documents, the developer states the grading is necessary for the $600M redevelopment project to rejuvenate the Crystal Bay area inclusive of workforce housing and pedestrian safety. Retaining walls are estimated to range from 5 to 55′ in height. Click on the case number below for all the application details.
