IVGID Bike Park Phase II – Neighborhood Meeting

This meeting is being held to discuss the BIKE PARK PHASE II, a proposed development project in your area. This is your opportunity to review the proposed project, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal development application.
This project is located at 964 Incline Way, Incline Village, NV 89451 parcel number(s) 127-030-31. This proposed project is the phase II of the bike park. This phase will include an intermediate/advanced pump track. Phase II will include importing suitable construction equipment and materials to construct the track composed of 30 roller jumps, 6 berms, and two elevated starting hills. With the addition of the pump track, a new sign at the entrance of the bike park will be installed.
