Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the IVGID Administration Office – 893 Southwood Blvd, Incline Village, Nevada, 89451. There will be an option to attend virtually.
This meeting is being held to discuss the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) Recreation Center Expansion. This is your opportunity to review the proposed project, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal development application.
This project is located at 980 Incline Way, Incline Village, NV 89451, parcel number 127-040-07. This proposed project is an approximately 33,000 SF expansion to the existing Recreation Center. These improvements include: 1. Gymnasium: high school basketball court, half of which will be dedicated for gymnastics use; 2. Youth Center: including class rooms, office space, bathrooms and a small kitchen facility. The construction is scheduled to begin May 1, 2023 and finish by Dec. 31, 2024.
