This meeting is being held to discuss the WRRF Effluent Storage Tank. It is your opportunity to review the proposed project, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal development application.

This project is located at 1250 Sweetwater Rd, Incline Village, NV 89451 parcel number(s) 130-010-08. This proposed project is a 2-million-gallon, reinforced concrete effluent water storage tank. The tank will be constructed in place of the existing effluent storage pond at the IVGID Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) with a diameter of 99-feet and a standing height of 40-feet. The tank will meet conditions of the WRRF discharge permit required by NDEP. Construction of the storage tank proposes on-site earthworks to balance cut/fill volumes required to build the foundation for the tank and realignment improvements of an existing access road currently intersecting Sweetwater Road.
