Washoe County Evacuation, Sheltering, and Mass Care Plan

Below you will find a link to the plan recently approved by the Washoe County Commissioners. In reviewing the document, pages 65, 66, and 81-85 highlight details related to Incline Village and Crystal Bay. What appears to be missing is consideration of tourists, both in the numbers of people and cars, to be evacuated from Incline Village and Crystal Bay. Additionally, the population number used, 8669, is lower than the both the 2010 and 2020 census numbers. The 2020 census reported 9,462 residents.
