Neighborhood Meeting – Bike Park Phase II

The Bike Park Phase II will add an intermediate/advanced area to the existing pump track (Phase I) located near the IVGID Recreation Center and Tennis Center. Phase I and Phase II were originally permitted together, but only Phase I was built before the permit expired. The plan for Phase II includes 30 jumps, 6 banks and 2 platforms. Imported soil containing 20% clay will be used to minimize erosion. Public comment included questions about parking, number of users and the SEZ (Stream Environment Zone) setback.
