NVEnergy Power Outages

There have been many posts on social media regarding long power outages over weekends and overnight. NVEnergy is to notify impacted customers of planned outages. It is appearing as though NVEnergy is doing upgrades to our infrastructure, but doing so off-hours and without customer notifications. If you experience this, please call NVEnergy at (775) 834-4444 (available 24/7) to inquire as to the reason for the outage. If it maintenance that is being recorded as “emergency repairs”, you may file a complaint with NVEnergy and inform the PCUN’s Consumer Complaint Resolution Division at (775) 684-6100.
