The agenda had been completed, however it wasn’t posted to the District website by 9am on Friday, in compliance with Nevada Open Meeting Law. Therefore, the meeting scheduled for tomorrow evening, September 13th, has been postponed until Tuesday, September 19th at 6pm. The agenda must be posted before 9am on Thursday morning for the meeting on Tuesday. The materials are anticipated to be the same, so it is unclear as to why they have been removed from the District website. To comply with Nevada Open Meeting Law, agendas must be posted for the public no later than 9am three business days prior to the meeting.
