We have obtained information on the handling of vacation home rentals in unincorporated Clark County. Their issues are clearly outlined along with their method of locating and fining illegal rentals. Here is the article and here is the tool they use to monitor the situation. The tool does NOT show every vacation home rental, it does show homes rented using the major internet rental sites. You can use this tool to investigate rentals in Incline Village and Crystal Bay.
