Douglas County Commissioners consider further limits on STR’s. At their meeting on April 15th, Douglas County Commissioners considered limiting short term rentals by neighborhood, in addition to having a cap on the total number of STR’s in Tahoe Township. Further limits in Douglas County may push demand to Incline Village where there are currently no limits.
